      Pros

      Challenging work environment. You really see how your work contributes to the success of the company. Amazing challenges and huge opportunity to build solutions that scale. Team is amazing, management is wonderful, constantly learning on a daily basis. I feel the energy everyday working here.

      Yes, when you need to complete an assignment, you are expected to as you should!

      We would like to hear more regarding the interaction between the locations, your concerns, and ideas how we can improve. It is to our best interest to have cohesiveness among the teams and sites. Your manager is the best person to approach or have someone you can trust speak on your behalf.

      Great work environment, Management open door policy, Great work life balance, opportunities to learn every aspect of the business, New ideas are welcomed.

      There are no pros for this company, unfortunately.

      Cons

      If you would like to work and not get paid this is a perfect place for you. You are expected to work for free and to accept any excuse presented to you for not getting paid on time or at all. It is simply not a place where one can think of career development and secure business future. Friendly advice: just avoid this place.
