Really enjoyed my time so far at Cernucci Great people and given freedom to experiment with ideas and new ways of working, without the fear of failing. Helps development and allows to learn from mistake. Produces a team where everyone gets involved and feels confident to put their ideas forward

Cons

Sometimes teams can feel separate although this is something the teams are aware of and is moving in the right direction

Pros

Some pros of the company is the social aspect side, for example team social events really helps to pull the team together. As well as team lunches I think this helps to build relationships between employees. Everyone in the company is very welcoming towards new people and helping people to feel inclusive.

Cons

I think Cernucci should plan more external opportunities to help brand awareness. For example, planning pop-ups for the future seeing as the Manchester one was a huge success. I also think the social side of the company, in terms of planning events for influencers like dinners etc with company branding will push the brand further.

Thank you so much for your excellent review. We do love a little social here at Cernucci! We're working hard to build those relationships and think an office move will help with this. Our Merchandising, Buying, Design, Ecommerce and Marketing teams will all be coming together over the next few weeks to sit in the same location. This should improve interactions between those teams. We'll be sure to let the senior management team know of your brand awareness examples so they can discuss and consider.
