      Pros

      I've only been with Certara a short time, but so far the experience has been the best I've had during my career. Communication from HR during my on-boarding was excellent, I knew exactly what to expect and when. Everyone here is very friendly/helpful and it's clear people genuinely enjoy working at Certara.

      Lots of proprietary knowledge that can make it slow to get up to speed.

      Opportunity for learning within the organization

      Cons

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
