      Hard workers are not rewarded for their extra efforts Lazy employees not punished Very clique Top-level management out of touch with many aspects of I.T. Doing the right thing can cost you your job

      Pros

      Everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in. Truly a service company. Working hard to help independent retailers succeed as continued obstacles come up for this industry.

      Cons

      The radius by which Certco fulfills is limited by their commitment to drivers. I’m not sure this is really a con, but it is a limiting factor for distribution growth, however the drivers LOVE being home with their families every night.
