Pros

None. There are absolutely no pros at working for this place.

Cons

Extremely poor and hostile trainers Stressful environment in which there are several favorites that can do no wrong. Nasty, lazy, and rude long term employees that can say and do whatever to new employees. The owner has very weak leadership skills. Overall, an absolutely horrible experience.

Pros

Let’s be real: most companies say they care about culture, but CertiSurv actually does. People here are respectful, supportive, and not secretly plotting your downfall. Leadership listens (like, actually listens) and even acts on feedback—wild, right? They take action, especially when it comes to toxicity. If someone starts stirring the pot, CertiSurv will politely hand them a spoon and a map to the exit. It’s glorious. They hand out “Kudos” (from facilities and coworkers) like candy, and it’s not just a sticker on your forehead. It’s real praise from real humans, and it makes you feel like a rockstar. The schedule? A dream. Full-time surveyors work an average of two weeks a month and get to pick their scheduled weeks. The other weeks? You can nap, travel, binge-watch documentaries about ducks—whatever brings you joy. Pay is flexible too. Want more money? Do more surveys. It’s like a choose-your-own-paycheck adventure. Travel costs are reimbursed fast, so you’re not stuck waiting while your credit card cries. Bottom line: If you want a job where you're valued, supported, and not forced to coexist with workplace gremlins, CertiSurv is the place.

Cons

Can't think of a thing.

Pros

Pay and the flexible schedule,

Cons

I've worked for this company full time quietly for quite some time now. I previously gave it a good rating, but I'm saddened by the way things have progressed. I've noticed over time several employees be promoted or given new positions without other employees having that same opportunity. The company is very cliquey.. meaning that if you are part of the clique, you will do fine. If you are not a part of it, you better be wary. You could get fired for absolutely no reason or reprimanded based on the opinion and not the fact . The pay is excellent and it is also flexible but just be prepared for a high level of scrutinization and unnecessary stress from upper management, particularly the QA department. The CEO seems kind enough but doesn't realize that he has some straight up demons working for him underneath. He doesn't realize how nasty they can be to the staff because they don't show that when they are around him, especially the COO. If he were to pull them on their own and ask them I'm sure they would tell him. Hate that this company is headed in the direction it is. Someone is bound to pick up on this field of work and employees will quickly leave once they find a more hospitable group to do the same work under. My hopes is that the company will thrive but honestly with the leadership he has in place, I'm not sure that will be future.
