      No stress, young collective, home office

      Cons

      Lack of teambuildings, arrogant leadership, very low income in comparison to other similar jobs. Top management is very greedy and always 'prepares for economic crisis' so they dont have to increase salaries, spend of teambuilding etc

      Decent work-life balance and friendly team atmosphere. Good learning opportunities for junior devs and modern tech stack.

      Salary is average for the market and career growth can be slow. Management communication could be more transparent.

      Pros

      Except for deadlines not much of actual work. This was in 2017-18 tho, not 2021 which is earliest time.

      Cons

      Low salary, no home office at all.
