You will be constantly be put in the middle of the wife and husband as they run the business together. You will be told to do one thing by the husband (President) and then the wife will disagree with that choice and you will be put in the middle. No matter how much experience you have or the promise of making an impact, a positive work environment, etc that is not the case. I think owners are young, unprofessional and lack the experience and institutional knowledge to run the buisness well and peacefully. There are tons of office drama and politics, but you only hear it behind closed doors. It looks and sounds like a great place to work, but it is absolutely not and just not worth it.
