the management have successfully lost most of the business that the original employees worked to build. the London building is completely stacked with talent and managed by a group of individuals that came from the Navistar dealer. None of the Navistar employees are qualified to hold their positions and have made complete fools out the very talented people that work there. most of the time the once busting dealership is completely empty. when people think of peterbilt they think of the first class of the industry. these people from the Navistar dealer have no class. no business skills and know nothing about trucks or running a dealership.it shows time after time. they are just pure lazy. Unfortunately they are in charge. there is a clear cut and defined line between the ex Navistar men and all of the original peterbilt staff. I doubt that cervus knows that any of this goes on. as the customer base and the profits continue to drop they will eventually catch on. its a real shame to stand and watch this. basically if you didn't come with the old boys club from carrier you are treated as a zero...like mentioned above. all of the ex carrier employees are from no skill..
