Coworkers are great. Hours are consistent.

Last day of the month is hard to get off as it is the busiest day.

By far the people are the best at Cetera compared to other financial institutions. Most everyone has a can do attitude instead of putting up roadblocks or shutting down ideas immediately. Teams work well together by assisting in high volume times. Most leadership is engaging, supports staff, helps grow associates careers, open door policy. One of the best leadership teams I have seen in the financial industry. I love working at Cetera.
