CEO and President of Ceutical labs are a cancer on the spirits of everyone working there. They talk down to there employees and treat them like garbage. Even though their employees flee the company and let them know that they are the reason they are leaving they refuse to implement any changes. Not only are they terrible leaders they are also terrible business owners. It is common practice for this company to change vendors because they can't afford to pay their bills.
