Pros
The product itself does have a good reputation in the industry. That said, this will likely change in the near future due to weak company leadership.
Cons
This is easily the worst company I've ever worked for and may very well be the worst company in existence. If you've worked anywhere that is even mediocre, you will see the difference immediately upon starting and likely during the interview process. - The fact that the word "incompetent" is used to describe leadership in so many of these posts should be alarming. While that may be a harsh word, there truly is a complete lack of credible leaders throughout the company, especially at the Director+ level within Corporate Functions (I would say that Finance seemed to be somewhat put together but the other areas like HR do not have a high talent bar). Most of these leaders should be anywhere from 1-3 levels below where they currently sit. Completely unqualified and significantly overpaid. Some are also incredibly unprofessional. - The 2.6 rating on this site (which continues to trend downward) and the NEGATIVE 23 engagement score referenced in other posts is unheard of. A negative engagement score means there are more current employees who WOULD NOT RECOMMEND working here than those who would recommend. You'd think someone would try to do something to address this but leadership just continues to ignore it. - There is no company culture and the "benefits" are absolutely terrible. At least while I was there, employees did not have access to quality resources to help them work more effectively and there was no push to use AI at all. If you're considering applying, don't. If you're actively interviewing here, just stop. You're better off staying with your current employer or just being unemployed for a little longer. I've never posted a review online for anything in my life but I don't want others to make the same mistake that I did.
