Pros

-Genuinely mission-driven company doing important work; the product matters and you feel it -Strong earning potential as an AE if you perform - big deals are winnable and the brand carries real weight in the market -When teams rally around a deal, it's a powerful thing to be part of

Cons

-Operates in silos — product and GTM roadmaps and requirements are disjointed. -Roadmap and vision shift frequently, making it hard to sell a consistent story to customers or plan beyond a quarter

Pros

The product itself is impressive, it's the kind of work you can feel proud of. Beyond that, the company makes a real effort to keep the team connected. Even though we're fully remote, there are regular opportunities to get together in person, which goes a long way toward building real relationships with your colleagues.

Cons

Things can change quickly — priorities, processes, even team structures. It can be a lot to keep up with at times. That said, it's hard to hold it against the company given how fast the industry moves. It's really just the nature of operating in such a dynamic space and I think that it can be exciting honeslt .

Pros

- only the people (EXCLUDING management). The amazing, talented people were the only reason why I survived for this long and turned down other offers while here. Aside from OG & leadership, the remaining people are the ones who helped me because the people in power were completely incompetent.

Cons

Where do I even begin? - sad, pathetic “benefits” - LESS than competitive pay (nowhere NEAR market rate whatsoever) - The most incompetent, unprofessional management that could possibly exist - Management is immature and operate as if the organization is high school - no 401k matching - cliques are prominent - this organization is in denial overall about the progress they’re making and the pathetic culture they can’t improve - The vibe score is purely performative. we have been voicing our qualms every quarter but it falls on deaf ears - Clear distinction of favourites on teams & who gets promoted because a rating of 4 on performance reviews requires approval (primary average/default is a 3) - I could continue but I do not want to dedicate any additional energy to this - if you enjoy feeling horrible about yourself and getting gaslit by leaders, this company is for you!
