Pros
Chainguard has been one of my best experiences thus far at a company. Overall, I couldn't recommend enough to have others I know join the company if they are interested in learning, exceeding their goals, and having a company that believes in what we're doing is making an impact. Other pros: Incredible startup experience with strong growth trajectory. Customer satisfaction and experience are top priorities across the organization. Positive company culture that leadership actively cultivates - while we are asked to perform we are acknowledged for our success and individuals are recognized for their work in moving the needle. Open communication and feedback across all teams - from top down and bottom up. There are many opportunities to ask questions, give honest feedback, and connect with all levels and all BUs at the company. There is a huge community-oriented approach to celebrating wins and learning from challenges. Yes, it's cheesy, but having the opportunity to be part of building something special. It really, really does feel that way when working with customers and working with the team.
Cons
Currently working through a transition to consolidate tool resources, so information is scattered across sources rather than existing in a single source of truth. Rapid growth brings constant change with new people, ideas, and collaboration. Requires high adaptability as priorities shift based on customer and market feedback, so you need to be comfortable with quickly evolving direction to align with customer needs.
