      Lots of room for advancement. Office staff is great to work with. Great benefits. I have thoroughly enjoyed my two years at Challenge. Hope for many more.

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
