Pros

The leadership is extremely supportive, offering consistant guidance and encouragement since I started. The campus is beautiful and well-equipped to provide ample opportunities for hands-on experience, skills practice, tutoring and learning support to make our students into informed, prepared nurses.

Cons

I do not have any cons at this time.

Pros

There are lots of good people working in the campuses and working to help students succeed is very fulfilling.

Cons

The home office (Covista) IT takes forever and a day to do anything. There seems to be a focus on reducing costs to the point that the experience feels cheap.
