Pros
- some of the people in the office were very laid back and genuinely nice - a couple of coworkers were landing their first job and being paid more than at other companies - depending on your supervisor you could have remote work or good hours with flexibility
Cons
- focus on revenue through expansion only - extremely unorganized and very decentralized between office and campuses - endless silo environments - endless issues with data - multiple occasions of company licensing same software numerous times, wasting money on same license. Silo environment kept sharing of best practices or communications horrible - some people in managerial or director roles were/are absolutely venomous with falsa façades - some coworkers are super lazy and do the bare minimum to stay employed, often creating complications that are too convoluted to be seen and fixed by others, just so they maintain relevance by regularly being "the person that fixes problems" - treatment of certain employees and pushing out people with integrity and character - you had to inform your supervisor of interest in moving to a new department for career advancement, and that was taken against you
