      -No weekends no holidays -fantastic tuition reimbursement policy -students are getting a robust and meaningful nursing education -great place to have unstressful job while furthering education/focusing on other goals outside work

      -not promoted on personal merit but on who you know -reactionary leadership -poor vision in leadership
