This was once my dream job. The school was what I considered the best in the country. Unfortunately, the parent company, Adtalem, and the acquisition of Walden has changed all that. They have gutted all student services and all the things that made them great in order to keep the stockholders happy. As a result, the campuses are ghost towns and are losing their ability to recruit students and it's only getting worse. Rather than learning from other for profit schools which have collapsed for doing the same things, they are following them down the drain. The culture of care which once pervaded this school is completely dead. Rather than heeding colleague engagement surveys to learn how they could do better, they simply did away with them when they didn't like what they heard.
