Pros
Amazing intelligent people that share the same values and work as part of a team. There is an everyone wins culture here that the leadership team has created. We get to work on amazing projects with smart people and deliver amazing results for our clients. It is the most fulfilling work experience of my 25 year career.
Cons
There are no cons that I've experienced. Chameleon collective is an amazing opportunity. You have to work hard and do great work, but the rewards are instantaneous and there is no carrot dangling here.
