      Pros

      Lots of overtime if you want it. Weekly paycheck. Paid lunches, willing to pay for education depending level of employment. If you're not a line packer then pay can be good depending on your department

      Cons

      Lack of communication between shifts, no organization, don't tell the owner mentality, two faced supervisors , poor ventilation, too much family in all levels of employment (not just the owner's family), unequal pay for same skills. No standardized training you hit the ground running.

      Fastest paced environment and mandatory overtime in the peak season.

      Pros

      Coming to work is fun. HR always has fun events that we can participate in to boast the morale of the team. Chad is very giving always making sure that we have what we not only need but listens to our wants too. I appreciate the team environment where everyone actually wants to help you succeed. The culture is great, and everyone get along great together. The healthcare benefits are better than my last employer and they also aren't hesitant giving out raises. I will definitely recommend to friends and family to come and apply.

      Cons

      I would like to see more paid holiday vacations, perhaps 8 or 9.
