      Pros

      Chaney is very fast-paced with lots of opportunity, making it a stimulating work environment for people who like to overachieve, work hard and celebrate successes.

      Cons

      The location is about an hour from Milwaukee, Madison and NW Suburbs of Chicago, making it a bit of a commute, but the company is very flexible and family-oriented, often allowing employees to work from home.

      Very high turnover rate Employees are expected to be available at all hours Little to no family time Impossible lead times 60 to 70 hour weeks are the norm rather than the exception Long Commute
