      Pros

      Not many pros unless you like bullying service users . Individual staff teams can be nice but the culture sooner or later gets to everyone.

      Cons

      CRI has a bullying environment, treats staff nearly as badly as it treats clients. Senior management are ONLY concerned with targets and getting more services. Some staff are very judgemental about service users. CRI makes unrealistic promises to its commissioners. No career progression unless you join in with the fakers

      Pros

      Colleagues and management were the best I could've asked for, incredibly kind and understanding, especially when dealing with stressful situations.

      Cons

      Pay could have been better and there was little room for growth or development. Best as a stepping stone in your career
