Pros
Its a friendly and great place to work. There is great flexibility for Clinicians that helps to maintain a good work-life balance. As an LC, its also an HRSA accredited location where you can actually get assistance to pay off your student loans. The management are crop of friendly people and even though a family corporation they still maintain an ethical and professional environment. Their EAP program also has a lot of advantage that you will not get in most company. Overall great place to work and develop your career and expertise.
Cons
There is an ongoing EMR transition which obviously has its hiccups although not more than what you did expect with any technology transfer. The Clinic can be overtly busy and hectic at times.
