Was a great place to work, great culture of support & encouragement within Change Recruitment

After being taken over by Paul Atkinson of the Taranata Group in 2017 we became just a number & expendable after 20 years of employment, a restructuring was done & employees expected to hand over all their knowledge before being made redundant without any acknowledgement from the directors

An environment where everyone's voice is heard. A culture of encouragement, understanding and strive to do better (in all aspects of life) is prevalent from the top down

No cons, but if I could I would have another office in my current city!
