Simple enough if you need to pay bills.

Management does not communicate issues until it's too late. Management will also make you take on the work of others without increasing your pay or helping with phone calls and emails while you are out in the field.

The only pro would have been the supervisor I worked directly under. He was a very good manager and a great boss.

The company as a whole does not work with each other therefore it is very difficult to do your job when/if you need assistance. The owner of the company changes their mind constantly so there is no consistency. What is expected of also changes daily. There is more drama going on then any place I have ever been.
