Flexible hours and great teamwork/management.

Distance from me was about 2 hours. Only worked on weekends

Not a whole lot for the employee..

This place definitely has a trickle down effect.. from the GM to the Asst Mgr to the front and back of house.. unfortunately, all of the employees here are not valued, and are given the mentality that they are always replaceable. Not a great philosophy to go by.. The incredibly high turn over rate attests to the poor mgt style of this company. No value given to the employees.
