CharacterStrong is a high-performance environment, which can be both a strength and a challenge. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and there is significant accountability. While many employees appreciate these standards, this type of environment may not be the right fit for everyone. Because collaboration is highly valued, there can also be a lot of meetings.
