      Pros

      Rather slam my fingers in a door.

      Cons

      The worst Manager I've ever had. you'll drive all over the country and have to pay your own fuel, on a very low wage. wasn't paid any of the unsolicited hours pay I was entitled too or overtime. you'll be expected to put your had in your own pocket and "just claim it back " which always ment weeks of chasing. you'll be dealing with the drunken public most days at shopping centre.

      Pros

      A friendly and flexible working environment with so much scope for career progression across the business. There is a real sense of loyalty among employees, many of whom, like myself have been with the business for over 5 years. Self-development is championed and all employees are encouraged to share thoughts & ideas to improve and grow the business.

      Cons

      As a small business our employees need to be pro-active, resourceful and motivated, and as such it is less suited to individuals who require a more regimented learning environment.
