Pros
I have been part of a few successful start ups and two acquisitions and this is by far the most amazing one I am lucky enough to be a part of. Matt Dubois is one of the most brilliant, talented, hard working, determined, generous CEOs I have had the pleasure of working with. I am excited to learn, grow and prosper under his guidance. Chargezoom is a rocketship right now and it needs determined, goal oriented, hard working, fun people to come join our fast paced team.
Cons
The only con right now is that this is an in office job. While so many people caught the 'work from home bug' during the pandemic it is hard to find talented people in Orange County that want to work in office. As someone that worked remotely for 15 in management and executive positions, I can tell you being in the office is the best thing for this type of organization. The only way we grow as fast as we will is with face to face interaction, at least for now. I never thought I would go back into an office full time, but I am so glad I did.
