1. Extremely client focussed and demanding. 2. CH needs employees to be accountable and believe in customer goals and value to be delivered instead of just doing work. 3. CH does a lot of Commerce QA projects and has started with Development projects of ATG, Magento, Demandware and other custom software. Multiple clients on ATG and Magento makes it demanding on the development team.
