Pros
Coworkers are great for the most part. Nurses and RSS staff are good people who are there for the right reasons. Pay is good but they “cap” it and say they can’t go higher when it is definitely deserved and needed for the amount of work they expect you to do.
Cons
Management is useless. Has no idea what they are doing. They don’t listen to their staffs concerns or suggestions. They are failing fast because all they care about is money. Nursing is treated horribly, no respect and blamed for everything. Given more and more responsibility with no increase in pay. Unsafe working conditions, putting your nursing license at risk.
