      Real sense of Family pride to the business All staff are friendly, engaging and personable Everyone has a real professional approach to all clients and colleagues and collectively and proactively solve and mitigate issues. This is something you do NOT see often enough with IT Consultancy Firms. Team effort is Faultless... everyone chips in where they can

      Not sure I have any words to fault. Every company has flaws, but I don't notice them here as they don't appear to impact me.

      Pros

      Having worked at a competitor previously I am glad I took the leap. I feel that Management actually have things together and the line managers & HR want to help you learn and progress your career.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a disconnect between engineers and I think this may be due to the new Service Desk Management team who started recently. I'm sure this small thing will improve.
