Pros
There are really nice people committed to their work here
Cons
I was warned about the culture before taking my role here, which I thought "couldn't be that bad". To say that it's horribly toxic and the inappropriate behavior is problematic is a gross understatement. The CEO has created a work environment which is unsafe for women and employees at large and has removed HR professionals so that he can make certain his behavior is never reported and actual employee testimony is buried. He has single-handedly made this organization a revolving door of employment (which can be seen on job boards nationally as they are consistently attempting to fill the same roles). This should be a red flag to any talented, passionate candidate looking for a space to grow and evolve your skillset. If you are not someone that can handle such an environment, you should not work here. Your morals, values, and sanity will be tested. Daily.
