Pros

No pros as such working there

Cons

My Experience as a Freelance Artist Delayed QA Feedback One of the most frustrating aspects was the extremely slow QA process. I often waited 4–5 hours daily just to receive initial feedback. If I submitted an updated model, the waiting cycle would start all over again. If a weekend fell in between, forget about getting a response—since the team works strictly Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, there was no support or communication outside those hours. This defeats the purpose of freelancing, where flexibility should be a key benefit. It was incredibly frustrating not being able to get timely feedback or approvals. Not Friendly for Maya Users If you're a Maya user, I would recommend skipping this role. While they say Maya is allowed, the workflow is heavily Blender-centric. Blender users are clearly given preference, and their pipeline is tailored entirely around that. Restrictive and Outdated Workflow The modeling process itself felt restrictive. They do not allow PBR texture workflows—instead, they enforce a tiling workflow in Blender. It felt like I was forced to follow a rigid system rather than contributing creatively as a 3D artist. Final Thoughts Over a period of two months, I was only able to complete two models. As a new artist, I was genuinely trying to adapt and meet expectations. However, the delayed responses (sometimes taking days), limited guidance (just a one-hour briefing), and constant surprises about missed requirements made the experience incredibly difficult. Many important points were only revealed after submitting assets, which added to the frustration. In the end, I was blamed for taking 8–9 days to complete a model—even though much of that time was spent waiting on their feedback. I’ve never worked in an environment like this before. I don’t believe I’m a bad artist, but the lack of support, clarity, and flexibility really made me feel that way. To top it off, I didn’t even receive payment for one of the completed models. While the amount wasn’t huge, it's still disappointing and unprofessional. This was just my personal experience. Perhaps others who are already familiar with their workflow are doing fine, but for a new artist, it's a real challenge. I hope this gives some insight to anyone considering similar work.

Pros

Subtly good environment not that much pressure for work and really good place to learn some unique and advanced hard surface modelling skills with some unique texturing skills also, since this company create AR/VR services for commercial, websites for you can learn how to make objects for AR/VR

Cons

Main there are two major things 1) Horribly unrealistic deadlines!! 2) This company's remote part basically run on very cheap labour There is more things like they don't have no work to provide most of the times and very some times thay have much so you should expect that this is like a side job not a full time,
