Thank you for your good feedback regarding the management and the culture of the group and the hybrid way of working that we have in place.
I can confirm that we do review salaries every year and any increases are based on performance and market relativity and take into account our business performance.
We do not tend to micromanage as a company so I am surprised at this feedback. We are always fully open to engaging and listening to employee feedback. An example of this is the recent rollout of our employee annual survey from which we will act on feedback coming out of the results.

While there is flexibility to support commitments outside of work, workloads can at times feel demanding. Frequent changes in direction can create uncertainty, making it harder to feel fully settled and secure in the role.
