Thank you for your good feedback regarding the management and the culture of the group and the hybrid way of working that we have in place. I can confirm that we do review salaries every year and any increases are based on performance and market relativity and take into account our business performance. We do not tend to micromanage as a company so I am surprised at this feedback. We are always fully open to engaging and listening to employee feedback.
