Pros
The residents of the building are what truly make this a great place to work. Benefits are good but the residents are the ones that make it a FUN place to come to each day.
Cons
Pay is ridiculous. Have been here 5 years and receive only the cost of living price increase each year. Usually 2% but went down this year. Other managers come in and make more than you right off the bat when you've been here a lot longer. Regional team NEVER comes to the house site. Feel like you're completely on your own and have no support.
