      Pros

      leave my family everyday only to arrive at my family away from home. Since starting at DMC I have found an environment that pushes me to be the best version of myself, both professionally and personally. Like most , I sought to find a company that I not only enjoy working for but also provides an opportunity for growth. The culture at DMC is second to none and allows the employees to give back to their communities through philanthropy and encourages its employees to help others!

      Cons

      The hours in the beginning can be demanding , but it is for a short amount of time to get the training one needs! Well Worth it!

      Pros

      This is a small company. They cut their teeth on advertising and media buying. Now growing into a full-service creative agency.

      Cons

      As the company grows into it's new identity as a creative agency, processes and procedures are still rough around the edges. That's a pro if you like being involved in the creation of such things. A Con if you need all the rules to be set for you.
