didn't like communication with the residents

health benefits were decent (CAS/aetna/VSP)

- low pay ($18-22 based on exp. even the veteran cnas get only a measly 22) -management picks favorites - can't trust other coworkers, there's snitches - coworkers call off EVERY DAY, it's a revolving door - facility is dirty/ state comes in ALL the time
