      - Work hours, some weekend and evening work. - Clients, but what customer service job doesn't have this problem?

      Great hours, friendly co-workers and able to learn if you want to.

      Cons

      Upper management likes you or doesn’t. Same for staff members who have been there a long time. Once they don’t, they say goodbye.
