7yThank you for your honest feedback. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t have a great experience while at Chatmeter. Chatmeter has a fast-paced work environment and we are continuing to grow quickly, with this comes some growing pains. However, we strive to build a fun, challenging, and positive working environment. I’m sorry if you did not experience this and apologize if you were treated disrespectfully while working here. We did recently hire additional upper management team members to help everyone succeed in their roles here. We also made a lot of positive changes to our sales management team. I believe these positive changes helped solve a lot of the issues you were facing. We also conduct regular management trainings that focus on direct report and peer feedback to further improve the skill set of the management team.
We do ask our employees to leave us their honest feedback on Glassdoor to help with hiring and bringing on more talented team members. However, there is never pressure to leave us your feedback. This is simply a request to help get the word out about the great company we have built. Again, thank you for your honest feedback and I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
