Pros
The culture feels progressive, respectful, supportive and fun; for me this is the best thing about Chatter. People here are not only great at what they do, they’re also easy to get along with and make me feel part of an inclusive team. We can choose where we work, but I really enjoy coming into the office to work alongside others; especially since the office expansion and revamp. We have regular socials which are always fun, and it's a really welcoming environment for newbies. These things are all part of our Chatter values as well; Great Work, Genuine Relationships and Good Times. We've doubled in size over the past year; introducing new Chatterinos to the team, as well as new and improved ways of working. There's been plenty to adjust to, but all for the better in the long run. I’ve benefited from fantastic benefits, L&D opportunities and supportive management who make me feel valued and recognised. All of which have helped me in my role. It's the best place I've worked to date and I'd encourage anyone reading to apply for a role here.
Cons
We have areas for improvement, like any company. However, I feel that the company is proactive at identifying these and works in a collaborative and transparent way to overcome them. So, there aren't really any cons for me to list here. It feels non-hierarchical at Chatter; we have regular meetings where open communication is encouraged and people are genuinely listened to. So I know I can voice my opinions and get support if any cons were to come up for me.
