It's a scam. Their best pitch is that PhDs find a job because they joined our network, but the proof is all ex post facto. If you're considering joining, take the word of someone who was on the inside: save your money, and reach out to job recruiters instead. They put spyware on your computer, they buy the cheapest computers for the job, the CEO is rude, condescending, and frankly just weird. It's a hostile work environment, the Operations person treats employees like children. Whoever you are, if you're reading this, be warned. Working here will be the worst decision you ever make. They have the most clueless people in charge of departments - they truly have risen to their level of mediocrity.
