Most people joining the Cheeky group as job seekers end up becoming mentors by default; so in a sense it's a case of blind leading the lead. We ourselves had no clue but are made to conduct live facebook training on certain topics (despite not having had job success of our own).
Too much chaos, as the CEO keeps expanding the member list to the facebook group. The few who are joining in at the interviewing stage may do well, but many job seekers who join are languishing due to lack of clear direction.
You pay $$$ to join the program. Then the CEO keeps on adding newer $$$ courses, to compensate for the lack of adequate mentorship support or clear direction. You may join the Cheeky group as a job resource, but then you find newer groups with steep membership prices that make big promises and some kind of certificate program, but in essence the same wine in a new bottle. There's a Research scientist membership, Accountability membership, groups by every single job title you can find.
