You get to leave on time and the building is modern open and airy. Colleagues are fun and there are opportunities to get to know new people and have a great social life. Benefits are good but pay is low considering how much you have to know and the levels of performance that are expected.
Cons
Agents are expected to remember a huge amount of information acroos all of YBS brands nowadays with little training. Once you make a mistake you find you are on disciplinary and god forbid you are late back from the toilet. (You are allowed 4 minutes a day.) The team leaders are 'clicky' and if you don't get along with them they make life miserable for you by 'freezing you out' Some are more professional than others. Culture and values that senior management want to create are not alive and kicking in the call centre.
