I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look very carefully at how employees are treated. Upper management are disconnected to what employees deal with day to day, and that creates a lot of confusion. Instructions change often, and people are left trying to adjust without much guidance. The environment can get tense, especially when problems come up and there is more blame than support. Some interactions with leadership come off as sharp or dismissive, which makes it harder to speak up. Being available outside normal hours is expected more than it should be, and that wears people down. Good employees do not stay long, thus, the workload keeps shifting to fewer people. DON'T JOIN.
