Stay Away - Software Engineer Chelsoft Solutions Employee Review

I was placed within a week of starting marketing. I had other interviews, but Chelsoft Solutions Co. beat everyone else in closing the deal. Their client network is strong which is really helpful. Onboarding and getting started was easy and well laid out process.

If you are looking for a contracting job, partner with Chelsoft Solutions. Just to give readers a context, I have been working with them from last 4 months. From meeting first time to landing a job was less than 3 weeks. Got multiple interviews during this period. Pros: (a) Kiran and the entire team at Chelsoft really cares about you, listens to you and works on your behalf to help you find your next job. (b) The network that Kiran and team has built over the years is hard to beat. It gives you the head start you need to find your next job. (c) If you are looking for transparency, guidance, support in the entire recruiting process, you will get it with Chelsoft's Team. (d) Payment has never been issue. (e) They offer health insurance, 401k, life insurance, short / long term disability insurance. (f) Frequent calls and cares about you following your placement on a regular basis. I had a chance to meet other employees as well in our team outing and most of them are happy to be part of Chelsoft Solutions Family.

I am yet to come across any issues.
