Cons

need to expand and adapt to market trands if your not ready for night shifts 9 hrs can be long working in this industry can be challenging as one can buy fake notes

Pros

If you want to dive into the Dickensian world of A Christmas Carol and feel Scrooge’s harshness firsthand, this company’s a great place.

Cons

The Dickensian atmosphere comes with harsh micromanagement and a cold, objectifying approach to staff, making you feel like a cog in Scrooge’s counting-house.

Pros

The job is good to progress through, I went from a cashier to deputy store manager within 7 months, colleagues and some management are really friendly your like a close family, laid back work atmosphere, staff get better rate on currency, can take a wage advance out of the till if authorised and will deduct from your pay

Cons

Arguing customers due to charging 13.9% commission with a no refund policy, get paid by cheque so the company can earn interest on your wages and depending on your bank can take a week to clear, always short of currency in the business as the owner never reinvests back into the company, don't use a secure courier like g4s or lumia and make you take up to 40k in cash to head office and swap it for currency what you need, can be scary walking round London or oxford with that sort of cash in your bag and finally if your till is more than £5 short at the end of your shift the amount will be deducted example your till is £50 short you will lose £50 out of your wage when your paid
