Cons
Growing can be painful but necessary. Systems are perpetually changing, so keeping up is essential, Various divisions are merging which causes some to get reassigned work/projects as needed, in the past I have seen employees not be supported for reassignment as workflow and company resources changed, the work is also contingent on government contracts and overall government funding so government instability can cause downturns quickly.
