Everything one could want when looking for a job with integrity, history and no room for error. I love it.

Can get a little warm, but not really a con. If you're not used to factory based warehouses, you probably won't enjoy that part. I personally prefer that than sitting in an office any day of the week.

Good benefits and compensation relative to some other small aerospace firms. Opportunities to learn and gain practical experience.

Management and leadership have frequent turnover. A lot of constant company changes.
