Small organization, so you get to do a lot of different work and collaborate with brilliant people. You learn a lot about campaigning, policy, and leadership in a short amount of time.

Pay isn't great, but is on par with what is offered for most campaigning organizations/big green orgs.

Very motivated staff who all support eachother well.

The Executive Director is an extremely hard person to work with and it negatively affects much of the work culture.
